1 cup rice (himalayan red, well rinsed) |
2 cups water (or broth) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. place rice, water, and salt in pot and bring to a boil. 2. Stir, reduce heat to low, and cover. 3. Cook 35 minutes. |
