I use my food processor and leave this a bit chunky. Serve with crackers or on Rye bread. Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage |
1/2 small onion |
2 hard-boiled eggs |
5 small sweet pickles |
1/4 cup prepared mustard |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Cut sausage into small pieces. 2. Put sausage, onion, pickle, and egg into processor and process until desired consistency. 3. Add mustard and mayo to mixture. 4. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. |
