6 ounces greek yogurt, vanilla |
4 eggs |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup oil |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 tablespoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Whisk until combined and of pancake batter consistency. 3. Bake on lightly greased griddle. 4. Turn when edges look dry. |
