I make this when I don't have the ingredients on hand for a protein shake. Ingredients:
6 ounces yogurt |
2 tbsp ground flax seed |
1 tbsp chunky peanut butter (natural, no salt added) |
1 tbsp cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. |
