A quick & easy, high protein snack for vegetarians or anyone looking for an alternate protein source. Ingredients:
1 cup greek yogurt or 1 cup balkan style yogurt |
1 scoop whey protein (optional) |
1/2 cup mixed berry |
3/4 cup low-fat granola |
Directions:
1. Poor yogurt in desired bowl. 2. Stir in whey protein. 3. Place berries on top. 4. Sprinkle granola on top. |
