1/2 ripe banana |
325 ml frozen orange juice |
9 frozen strawberries |
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 scoop whey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup chopped ice |
1 teaspoon flax seed oil |
1 -2 tablespoon artificial sweetener |
