Yummy! Decent snack, great breakfast. Ingredients:
2 c quaker quick oats |
5 egg whites |
1/2 c low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 scoop protein powder |
1 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together. 2. Make four pancakes in a preheated non-stick pan, or in a pan sprayed with non-stick oil. 3. Cook until brown and firm. 4. Flip and cook other side. 5. Eat. |
