High Protein - Low Carb Peanut Butter & Nuts Cookies |

I wanted something high in protein so I put it together just as a trial. I liked it and passed it to others that have liked it. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup crunchy peanut butter |
1 cup sugar |
4 cups coarsely chopped mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 400 Degree. 2. Beat eggs, Peanut Butter, & Sugar until creamy. Stir in the nuts. 3. Drop by small spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. 4. Bake aproximately 12 minute. 5. Makes aproximately 4 dozen small cookies. |
