High protein shake for those not allergic to nuts. Ingredients:
2 cups ice cold milk |
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup chocolate syrup |
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. 2. refrigerate until chilled. |
