A very good high protein bread. I use it for sandwiches and toast. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
1 cup bread flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup soy flour |
1/4 cup powdered soy milk |
1/4 cup oat bran |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic medium or regular setting; press Start. |
