A high protein smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup blueberries
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup firm silken tofu
1/4 cup nonfat protein powder
3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine blueberries,milk,tofu,Splenda and Vanilla in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice and blend well.
