A high protein smoothie Ingredients:
3/4 cup blueberries |
1 cup skim milk |
1/3 cup firm silken tofu |
1/4 cup nonfat protein powder |
3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine blueberries,milk,tofu,Splenda and Vanilla in blender and blend until smooth. 2. Add ice and blend well. |
