Ingredients:
8 oz strawberries (organic)
4 oz kiwifruit (organic)
4 oz banana (organic)
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 tablespoon linseeds (optional)
red currants for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Juice the strawberries and kiwifruit and mix
2. in blender or juicer
3. add banana, spirulina, linseeds and a few ice cubes.
4. Decorate with red currents. if desired.
