8 oz strawberries (organic) |
4 oz kiwifruit (organic) |
4 oz banana (organic) |
1 tablespoon spirulina |
1 tablespoon linseeds (optional) |
red currants for garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Juice the strawberries and kiwifruit and mix 2. in blender or juicer 3. add banana, spirulina, linseeds and a few ice cubes. 4. Decorate with red currents. if desired. |
