High Fibre Choc Chip Muffins

I once lived with a health freak who made these muffins with dates & sultanas - me being not so healthy, I substitute these with choc chips! Alot more yummier!
Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup unprocessed natural bran
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Rub butter into flour and sugar.
3. Add choc chips& bran; mix well.
4. Add egg& milk; stir well.
5. Spoon into muffin tins.
6. Bake at 200c for 15- 20 minutes.
7. Lift onto cake cooler.
8. Delicious served warm.
