They're pretty good. No artificial sweeteners either, I don't believe in fake sugar. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
4 over-ripe bananas |
2 cups oatmeal |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mash the bananas until they're sloppy. Don't mind occasional lumps, it adds interest. 2. Put oatmeal in a blender and blend until fine. 3. Add egg to banana and beat until incorporated. Mix in oat flour. Mix in chocolate chips. 4. Bake in a moderately hot oven for at least 10 minutes. |
