Found this in an issue of Good Housekeeping magazine while waiting in the dentist's office. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice |
1/2 cup kashi golean crunch cereal |
1 cup nonfat milk (skim) |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 tablespoon psyllium, husk powder |
1 tablespoon flax seed oil |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. |
