This recipe come from a leader at weight watchers who also uses a bread machine. One slice is 2 points. Makes a 2 pound loaf. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water (110 degrees) |
2 tablespoons powdered milk |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
2 tablespoons molasses |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/4 cups bread flour |
1 cup whole all-bran cereal |
2 teaspoons dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in order in Bread Machine. 2. Select the whole wheat or whole grain setting. |
