This recipe come from a leader at weight watchers who also uses a bread machine. One slice is 2 points. Makes a 2 pound loaf.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water (110 degrees)
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup whole all-bran cereal
2 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in order in Bread Machine.
2. Select the whole wheat or whole grain setting.
