You can use cooked or canned chicken also. Ingredients:
1 cup cooked shrimp |
1/2 cup chopped cucumber |
1/2 cup sliced olive |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
1 cup prepared hidden valley ranch salad dressing |
lettuce, shredded |
2 -3 pita pockets |
Directions:
1. Mix shrimp, cucumber, olives and tomatoes. 2. Add salad dressing. 3. Stuff into pita pockets with lettuce. |
