Accent the floral flavor of the hibiscus tea with sparkling apple cider. This cool drink fits perfectly at the family picnic or an afternoon poolside with friends. Ingredients:
4 cups boiling water |
8 red zinger or hibiscus tea bags |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 (25.4-ounce) bottle sparkling apple cider, chilled |
garnish: lemon wedges |
Directions:
1. Pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags. Cover; steep 10 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Chill until ready to serve. Stir in sparkling cider, and serve over ice. Garnish, if desired. |
