Ingredients:
6 cups water |
1 1/2 cups dried hibiscus flowers, also known as sorrel |
3 -inch piece fresh ginger, sliced |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan combine the water, flowers, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved then strain through a fine strainer.
