This calorie and caffeine-free tea has a delightful rosy color. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
5 dried hibiscus flowers or 1 teaspoon crushed dried hibiscus flowers |
ice cubes |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add hibiscus flowers and let stand 5 minutes. Strain tea. Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Yield: 1 serving. |
