From served up in a daily email! The original recipe calls for tarragon sprigs, which doesn't sound at all pleasant to me! - NOTE: The cooler can be prepared (without the ginger ale) and refrigerated up to 6 hours in advance. Add the ginger ale just before serving. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar-free ginger ale |
1 cup hibiscus tea (prepared and cooled ' such as red zinger) |
1/2 cup rum (optional ' or substitute vodka) |
1/2 peach (very ripe ' sliced) |
fresh mint sprig (optional ' for garnish) |
Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the ginger ale, cooled tea, peach slices, and rum or vodka (if using). 2. Serve over ice. 3. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig. 4. NOTE: The cooler can be prepared (without the ginger ale) and refrigerated up to 6 hours in advance. Add the ginger ale just before serving. |
