Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups warm milk, 110 f
3 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients until blended.
2. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled, about 1 hour.
3. Stir down batter; bake in hot, greased waffle iron until waffles are golden brown.
4. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
