Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups skim milk
2 cup apple juice
3 cup water
100 grams molasses
2 cups wheat bran
3 cups all bran cereal
2 cups oat bran flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
125 g raisins
2 cups wheat bran
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Refrigerate over night
3. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
