3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped |
2/3 cup boca meatless chili or 2/3 cup of another low-fat vegetarian chili |
1/4 cup tomato, chopped |
1/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream |
1 tablespoon black olives, chopped, sliced |
6 guiltless gourmet baked corn tortilla chips (any flavor or any other baked tortilla chips, crushed) |
Directions:
1. Prepare chili as directed on package. 2. Place lettuce in a big bowl. 3. Top with tomatoes, chili and cheese. 4. Then add the olives and sour cream. 5. Finish off with the crushed tortilla chips, and enjoy! |
