Ingredients:
3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2/3 cup boca meatless chili or 2/3 cup of another low-fat vegetarian chili
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon black olives, chopped, sliced
6 guiltless gourmet baked corn tortilla chips (any flavor or any other baked tortilla chips, crushed)
Directions:
1. Prepare chili as directed on package.
2. Place lettuce in a big bowl.
3. Top with tomatoes, chili and cheese.
4. Then add the olives and sour cream.
5. Finish off with the crushed tortilla chips, and enjoy!
