1/2 fuji apple, cored and chopped |
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped |
1/4 cup canned beets, drained, sliced |
3 tablespoons feta cheese, reduced fat |
1 tablespoon honey mustard |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, fat-free |
1 teaspoon cider vinegar |

Directions:
