From Hungry Girl 300 under 300 - this is no cook; just use the microwave! Per serving: 180 cal, 2.25g fat, 6g carb, 0 fiber, 33g protein Ingredients:
3/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes |
2 ounces lean chicken, cooked, chopped (skinless) |
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce (frank's redhot) |
1 teaspoon blue cheese dressing, light |
1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese, reduced fat |
Directions:
1. Spray large microwave safe mug with nonstick spray. 2. Add egg beaters and onion. Microwave 1-1/2 minute. 3. Gently stir in chicken. Microwave 1 mini. 4. Top with hot sauce, blue cheese and parmesan. |
