1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
2 tablespoons bacon (pre-cooked and crumbled) |
1/3 cup tomato, chopped, patted to remove excess moisture |
1/4 avocado, diced |
2 tablespoons salsa |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Spray large microwave safe mug with nonstick spray. 2. Add egg beaters; microwave 1 minute. 3. Gently stir. Add bacon and tomatoes. Microwave 1 minute. 4. Season with salt & pepper. 5. Top with avocado & salsa. |
