Hersheys Perfectly Chocolate Cake |

This is an old standby for a chocolate cake, moist and delicious. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 3/4 cups flour |
3/4 cup hershey's cocoa |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, 3. and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling water. (Batter will be thin). 4. Pour into two 9 round greased and floured pans. Bake 30-35 minutes . Cool 10 minutes. 5. Remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely. 6. Frost with your favorite frosting. |
