2/3 cup cocoa |
3 cups powdered sugar(10x or confectioners sugar) |
1/3 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. MELT BUTTER 2. STIR IN COCOA 3. ALTERNATING ADDING POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK. 4. BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED TO SPREAD CONSISTENCY, ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED OR MORE SUGAR 5. I LIKE TO MAKE THIS WITHOUT THE COCOA AS WELL, INCREASE THE SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY...I USE IT ON A WHITE CAKE WITH LEMON FILLING AND THEN THE WHITE ICING WITH COCONUT |
