Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cornmeal
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup milk
5 egg yolks
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Set aside.
2. Cream butter in a medium mixing bowl; add sugar mixture, beating well. Add milk and yolks. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°, and continue baking 45 minutes. Cool before slicing.
