Herman Sourdough Biscuits

A wonderful refreshing biscuit that would be proud to be served at the table.
Ingredients:
1 cup herman sourdough starter
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
--*refer to recipe: herman sourdough starter
Directions:
1. Bring Herman Sourdough Starter to room temperature.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. Stir the Herman Sourdough Starter and oil into the flour mixture. It will form a soft dough.
4. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough until smooth. Roll out dough to 1/2 thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place biscuits onto a grreased baking sheet, cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 350*.
6. Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm
