Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 chopped hard-cooked egg |
1/4 cup chopped onion or scallions |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
worcestershire sauce |
cucumber spears |
sweet-pepper strips |
carrot and celery sticks |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt with mayonnaise. Stir in egg, 1onion or scallions, parsley, basil, and a splash of Worcestershire. Salt to taste. Serve with cucumber spears, sweet-pepper strips, and carrot and celery sticks. |
