16 ounce(s) white beans - cannellini |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 teaspoon(s) capers |
1 teaspoon(s) olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) marjoram leaves |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 package(s) whole grain pita rounds |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients. Spread on pita rounds and top with greens - e.g. Boston, Bibb, green leaf lettuce, arugula,watercress or radicchio. Other add-ons red pepper strips, chopped olives, softened sun-dried tomatoes. |
