1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced |
1/4 red bermuda onion, peeled and finely diced |
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced |
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil leaf |
1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon leaves |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. |
