It never hurts to have another recipe for vinaigrette. I know every salad I eat is a little different.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
4 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, oregano, and cumin. Whisk to combine. Gradually add olive oil, continuing to whisk briskly.
2. Serve over chilled salad greens.
