great over fish Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce with onion |
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed |
1 dash pepper |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In saucepan combine tomato sauce with chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. 2. Spoon over fish. 3. Sprinkle with cheese. |
