Herbed Stuffing Balls Ingredients:
450 g ground pork |
6 spring onions |
handful parsley |
handful rosemary |
handful thyme |
2 slices bacon |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas 7. Line a baking tray with baking parchment. 2. Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 16 equal pieces and roll into balls. Place on the prepared tray and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve immediately. |
