This steak uses skirt steak - something I normally purchase from Asian butchers. It must be thinly sliced once cooked across the diagonal using a sharp knife otherwise it can be tough. You can use fillet steak for a more tender version. Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1 teaspoon grated ginger |
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary |
1 1/2 kg steak |
Directions:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients. 2. Marinate steak for 24 hours. 3. Barbeque or grill discarding marinade. 4. Serve with green salad and steamed potatoes. |
