1/2 cup mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (your choice) |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 salmon fillets |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients. 3. Place salmon in baking pan skin side down. 4. Spread mixture over salmon, Bake fillets 10 to 12 minutes. |
