Ingredients:
8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese |
1 teaspoon garlic, roasted |
2 teaspoons fresh basil, thyme, and oregano |
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until blended. 2. Process until the mixture is rough-textured, not completely smooth |
