Use as a spread and sandwiches, crackers, breadsticks or bagels. Ingredients:
8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese |
1 teaspoon roasted garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons herbs, roughly chopped (such as basil, thyme, oregano or chives) |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated |
coarse salt |
cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place ricotta, garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl and fold together until blended. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
