Herbed Red Wine Raspberry Vinaigrette |

I found this I was looking for a raspberry vinaigrette that didn't have sugar or raspberry preserves in it. Very good on my green salad with cold leftover chicken breast. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tbs. raspberry vinegar |
2 tbs. chopped fresh basil |
1 tbs. coarsely chopped garlic |
1 tbs. chopped fresh parsley |
1 tsp. honey |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
1-1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except oil in food processor. 2. Gradually stream in oil to working processor. 3. Can be refrigerated for use ahead. 4. (I guessed at the serving size.) |
