Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (3/4 inch thick) |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes |
1/4 teaspoon dried whole rosemary, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Trim fat from chops. Combine breadcrumbs and next 3 ingredients. Brush mustard over both sides of chops; dredge chops in breadcrumb mixture. 2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chops; cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until tender. 3. Tip: You can use any combination of herbs you have on hand for these flavorful chops. In place of the rosemary, you might try oregano, basil, or thyme. |
