3 large eggs |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 tablespoon salad oil |

1 1/2 cups flour |
1 tablespoon thyme, minced |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Grease 6 (4 oz) popover-pan cups. 3. Set aside. 4. At high speed, combine eggs, milk, oil and salt. 5. Add flour; at low speed, mix until smooth, scraping down sides of. 6. blender container as necessary. 7. (Don't overblend). 8. Stir in thyme, chives and parsley. 9. Pour batter into pans, dividing evenly. 10. Bake 15 minute Reduce oven to 375°;. 11. bake 45 minute longer. |
