This goes well with any kind of meat. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 cup butter |
1 pinch salt |
2 large vidalia onions, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Saute the the thyme in the butter in a skillet for 5 minutes. 2. Add onions and salt. 3. Cook covered for 15 minutes or until tender. 4. Serve with any kind of meat. |
