Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 dozen new potatoes
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 stick unsalted butter
1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
Directions:
1. Pour water in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, butter, parsley and salt. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until fork tender.
