Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 dozen new potatoes |
2 bay leaves |
1 teaspoon black peppercorns |
1 stick unsalted butter |
1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped |
1/2 tablespoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Pour water in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, butter, parsley and salt. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until fork tender. |
