Ingredients:
6 1/2 cups cubed peeled potatoes |
2 garlic cloves, halved |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced |
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced |
1 tablespoon butter |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and garlic in a large pan. 2. Cook until tender, 15 or 20 minutes. 3. Drain and place in a large bowl. 4. Add remaining ingredients and mash. |
