This recipe goes with Rosemary-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Herbed Jelly Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple jelly |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons water |
1 rosemary sprig |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir well. Let stand 15 minutes; discard rosemary sprig. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
