A winner and easy to make! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons thyme |
2 teaspoons oregano |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon ground red pepper |
8 catfish fillets |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients and sprinkle evenly on both sides of the fish. Place in a grill basket coated with cooking spray. 2. Grill fillets over medium-high heat about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. 3. Garnish with fresh oregano and thyme sprigs if desired. 4. Serve immediately. |
