Ingredients:
8 ounces soft goat cheese
3 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons tarragon, chopped
2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
1 bunch chives, chopped
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions:
1. In a food processor pulse to break up goat cheese. Add cream and pulse until smooth. Remove to a large bowl. Add tarragon, thyme, chives, pepper, wine and zest. Whisk together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve
