Ingredients:
8 ounces soft goat cheese |
3 tablespoons heavy cream |
3 tablespoons tarragon, chopped |
2 tablespoons thyme, chopped |
1 bunch chives, chopped |
pepper to taste |
1 tablespoon dry white wine |
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest |
Directions:
1. In a food processor pulse to break up goat cheese. Add cream and pulse until smooth. Remove to a large bowl. Add tarragon, thyme, chives, pepper, wine and zest. Whisk together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve |
